There are 2 steps for data acquisition through fixtures.
It is expected that you know the following concepts before initiating mastering or measurement:
Switch – In order to dump the reading it can be achieved by pressing H/W switch connected to Advantech card of your machine or the Start/Stop button provided on the screen.
Single Switch – Single switch can be used for dumping readings for all parameter in one click.
Multiple Switch – for every parameter one switch is assigned .one click of switch corresponding parameter readings will be dumped.
Dynamic parameter – Parameter can have reading type MAX, MIN, TIR, AVG
MAX – Maximum reading for the parameter.
MIN – Minimum reading for the parameter.
TIR – Take Max and Min and take difference between max and min.
AVG – Find Max, Min and take average of max and min.
