Monthly zip files will get created from the History Files, Process Time folder, and put it
in the Zip files folder of the application path. After zipping, files will get deleted from the History folder of the application folder. Previous month files can be zipped on 1st or 2nd or 3rd day of current month.
Current monthly files cannot be zipped.
