Use this option to define the various parameters for the Tools that have to be monitored. This master is used in the Tool Life Monitoring Module.
Click Add to add a new entry. Enter the following details:
Type – Select the Tool Parameters as a type from the drop down list.
Code – The Parameter code.
Description – The description of the Parameter.
Click Modify to modify details. Click Save to save a new record or modification. Click Cancel to cancel a modification or addition. Click Delete to delete a record. You can delete a parameter if it is not used in defining a tool type in the Tool Type screen.
Use this option to define the various steps parameters for the instruments that have to be calibrated. Click Add to add a new entry. Enter the following details:
Type – Select the Gauge Calibration Steps as a type from the drop down list.
Code – The Step code.
Description – The description of the Steps.
Click Modify to modify details. Click Save to save a new record or modification. Click Cancel to cancel a modification or addition. Click Delete to delete a record. You can delete Steps if it is not used in defining an Instrument calibration screen
